The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to award a sole source purchase order to POLITICO, LLC for access to POLITICO Pro subscription services including real-time policy news, real-time email alerts, newsletters, and reports. The period of performance is one (1) Base Year and two (2) consecutive 1-year option periods. POLITICO is the only known source for these unique services.

Production, Printing, and Distribution of the Crimson Sky newspaper for Korea

The Department of Defense is seeking a contractor for the production, printing, and distribution of the Crimson Sky newspaper for Korea. The contractor will be responsible for all technical and operational processes, using only content approved by 7 AF/PA. Crimson Sky is a NO-COST Government Publication operating under the Civilian Enterprise model.

John Wiley and Sons Inc. - Journal Renewal

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to procure online access to the Wiley Journals on a sole source basis with Wiley Subscription Services. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to enter into a firm fixed-price contract with John Wiley & Sons Inc.
