This is a sole source acquisition for Commercial Products and Commercial Services for the Deployable Integrated Telecommunication Test Range (DITTR). The acquisition will follow simplified acquisition procedures under Title 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 12.201-1.

Notice of Intent to Sole Source to ATT ENTERPRISES

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific intends to sole source a commercial, firm-fixed-price purchase order with ATT ENTERPRISES for the deployment of a 5G Private Cellular Network. The requirement includes designing and deploying In-Building RAN with distributed antenna systems or small cells, installing and configuring PANE for secure traffic management and policy enforcement, deploying a standalone PCN Core supporting network slicing, QoS, and mobility management, integrating with existing government IT infrastructure and identity management systems, delivering operational training for government IT staff, and providing 24/7 management and support of the PCN.

LRWKC Telemetry RFI

The 96th Test Systems Squadron is conducting market research to gather capabilities statements from both small and large businesses for procurement and sustainment support of Telemetry Systems to support the Eglin Gulf Test and Training Range. The Telemetry Systems will be used for airborne, waterborne, and land test missions within the Eglin Test and Training Complex, with special interest in phased array systems capable of tracking a 5-watt, 20 Mb/s data rate S-Band transmitter at ranges up to 200 nautical miles with less than 10-5 Bit Error Rate.

Commercial and Military Satellite Communications Operations Support (COSMOS)

The United States Space Force (USSF) Combat Forces Command (CFC) is seeking support for Commercial Satellite Communications (SATCOM) and Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) missions worldwide. The COSMOS contract consists of services necessary to support these missions at multiple geographically separated units (GSUs) located worldwide. The contractor will provide non-personal services, including administrative, financial, managerial, and technical support.
