The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a sole source Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Delivery Order with Northrup Grumman Systems Command (NGSC) for post-production support of the BQM-34S Aerial Target from calendar year 2027 through 2030. This requirement is being procured under the authority permitting other than full and open competition because NGSC is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the system and possesses unique technical data and software rights. The contract award is anticipated for the second quarter of fiscal year 2027 and will be complete 48 months after award.

PATRIOT ADVANCED CAPABILITY-3 MISSILE SUPPORT CENTER (P3MSC) PRODUCT ASSURANCE AND LAUNCHER EQUIPMENT RECAPITALIZATION

This is a sole-source justification for an award to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC). LMMFC is the only source with the technical knowledge, technical expertise, production infrastructure facilities, and access to the full technical data package (TDP) to produce and maintain the PAC-3 missiles.

PATRIOT ADVANCED CAPABILITY-3 MISSILE SUPPORT CENTER (P3MSC) PRODUCT ASSURANCE AND LAUNCHER EQUIPMENT RECAPITALIZATION

This is a sole-source award to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC) for PATRIOT ADVANCED CAPABILITY-3 MISSILE SUPPORT CENTER (P3MSC) Product Assurance and Launcher Equipment Recapitalization. LMMFC is identified as the only source capable of producing and maintaining PAC-3 missiles due to their technical knowledge, expertise, production infrastructure, and access to the full technical data package.

Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) Increment 4 Industry Day

PAE Fires will host an Industry Day to provide an overview of a rapid prototyping effort for the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) Increment 4. This effort will culminate in a competitive fly-off in 4th Quarter Fiscal Year 2028 to flight demonstrate a closed loop lethal PrSM Inc 4 extended-range capability. Industry day will communicate objectives and provide an opportunity for industry participation, with critical classified information only provided at the event and subsequent one-on-one sessions.

RSLP Targets Program

The US Space Force is seeking statements of interest and capability for launch services for target vehicles. This includes providing launch services from the west coast of the United States, potentially procuring target vehicle payloads, and ensuring the target vehicle allows for throttling. A Government mission director will be required, necessitating Space Flight Worthiness Certification and likely Government-provided mission assurance.
