Entrance, Passage and Security Door Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services

The National Gallery of Art is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for various entrance, passage, and security doors. The services include labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and management for preventive maintenance, adjusting, lubricating, repair, testing, inspection, and operational checks on doors. The proposed contract will be multi-year, and the contractor is encouraged to provide services themselves and manage subcontractors for niche or novel door issues.
