This is a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the National Space Test and Training Complex (NSTTC) Innovative Technology & Engineering – Space Test and Range (NITE-STAR) Capability Development Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contemplated effort will support the United States Space Force (USSF) Space System Command (SSC) Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) by designing, developing, integrating, testing, and sustaining advanced space-based and ground-based systems.

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: National Space Test and training Complex (NSTTC) Innovative Technology & Engineering – Space Test and Range (NITE-STAR)

The National Space Test and Training Complex (NSTTC) Innovative Technology & Engineering – Space Test and Range (NITE-STAR) is a Capability Development Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle to support U.S. Space Force Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) and System Delta 81 (SYD 81). The contract will provide space warfighters with interconnected, scalable, and distributed live/physical and synthetic/digital ranges for full-spectrum test and training, enabling the design, development, integration, testing, and sustaining of advanced space-based and ground-based systems.

Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) for Space Domain Awareness (SDA) Solutions.

The Space Development Agency (SDA) is issuing a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) to solicit innovative commercial solutions that enhance Space Domain Awareness (SDA) capabilities. This CSO is authorized under DFARS 212.70 and seeks solutions for detecting, characterizing, and predicting activities in the space domain, enhancing SDA data accuracy, and supporting emerging SDA missions. Submissions will be evaluated under a multi-phase process, and the acquisition is set aside for small businesses.

Industry Day: Kronos Mission Catalyst Day

The Kronos Program Office is hosting the Kronos Mission Catalyst Day, an industry engagement event to discuss the Kronos Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) and future partnership opportunities. This event aims to gather feedback on innovative approaches and technologies from commercial solutions providers, small businesses, and non-traditional defense partners. The government will not discuss sensitive information related to the ongoing First Call of the CSO.
